1. Order Fulfillment: Processing & Production Time
* Creating time: 3-14 natural days to be hand-painted by professional artist. The work you ordered was created by the artist of the original painting.
* Shipping time: Generally 4-8 days by UPS/FEDEX/DHL

Total time: Therefore, it takes approximately 1 - 3 weeks from placing your order to receiving the artwork.

2. Domestic & International Shipping Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are calculated from the day the parcel is handed over to our logistical partners (FEDEX, UPS, DHL).
* Standard Insured Shipping (HK): Estimated 4–8 Business Days | Free Shipping.
* International Shipping (USA,Canada,UK, EU, Australia): Estimated 4–8 Business Days| Free Shipping.

3. Shipping Damage Protection & Transit Insurance
Every artwork shipped from our studio is 100% insured. In the rare event that your art arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling, please contact us at info@oilartworks.com within 48 hours of delivery. You must retain all original packaging materials and provide clear photographs of both the external box damage and the compromised product so we can immediately initiate a complimentary priority replacement for you.

4. Customs Duties & Import Fees
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These unexpected regulatory charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
