Do you ship overseas?

Lost & Damages.
We carefully pack all paintings in strong paper tubes, and they normally arrive safely. However, in rarecases, damage may occur during shipping.
VERY IMPoRTANT: Unpack the package in front of the courier. If the painting is damaged, please followthe steps below:
1. Ask the courier to write "the item is damaged/broken" or something similar on the waybill. You may keepthe package after both you and the courier confirm the damage.
2. Take clear photos of the damaged package (all sides)and the painting itself. Send them to us so we canhandle the courier company and arrange a replacement painting immediately.
3. If the courier leaves the package at your door and you cannot inspect it in person, skip step 1 andproceed directly with step 2.
4. Keep the damaged painting and its packaging until the issue is fully resolved.
Can Iupdate my order at any point?
Before your order is shipped, you can contact info@oilartworks.com to make changes.
Orders cannot be updated after they have been shipped.
How long will it take to get my orders?
* Creating time: 3-14 natural days to be hand-painted by professional artist. The work you ordered wascreated by the artist of the original painting.
*Shipping time: Generally 4-8 days by UPS/FEDEX/DHL
Total time: Therefore, it takes approximately 1 - 3 weeks from placing your order to receiving the artwork.
In the process of creating painting, Artist will show you photos and videos with the painting you ordered.Youll be able to express all your wishes, for example about colors and shades. And artist will make all thenecessary changes. Only when you are completely satisfied with your painting, We will express it to you.
