At Oilartworks, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our curated collections. We offer a transparent, legally binding return policy to guarantee your complete satisfaction.
1. Return Windows & Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of your delivery date.
To qualify for an authorized return, the artwork must be:
* Completely unused, unaltered, and in the exact same pristine condition that you received it.
* Encased entirely within its original gallery packaging (including protective corner guards and film).
* Accompanied by the original invoice or valid order confirmation number.
2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
* Custom / Bespoke Commissions: Artworks customized to specific non-standard dimensions or personalized photo-to-art transformations are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless an explicit manufacturing defect is proven.
* Gift cards and clearance items are categorized as Final Sale.
3. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
* Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the return arises from a logistical mistake or quality issue on our end, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label. You will receive a 100% full refund or free replacement.
* Buyer’s Remorse (Size/Color Preferences): If you wish to return an item due to personal styling preference, home decor mismatch, or incorrect size selection, the customer is fully responsible for arranging and paying for the secure return shipping costs.
* Restocking Fee: To cover specialized safety handling and repackaging of delicate art, all buyer’s remorse returns are subject to a $0.00 restocking fee, which will be automatically deducted from your final refund credit.
4. Return Procedure
To initiate a formal return authorization, email us at info@oilartworks.com. If your request is validated, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated returns warehouse address. Packages returned without an active RMA number will be rejected at our receiving dock.
5. Refunds Processing
Once your return is received, unpacked, and verified by our quality control inspectors, it can take up to 3 business days for us to process the refund.
- For PayPal account holders, it may take up to 3 business days for the transaction to appear in your account.
- For credit card refunds, the transaction may take 7–14 business days to complete, depending on your bank’s processing times.
